for the last time!
June 4th, 2008guys, please realize the protocol as far as which urinal or toilet you are to use when a bathroom is occupied or unoccupied. i was in the bathroom today, alone. pulled up to the very first urinal. that left, to my right, one urinal and two stalls. dude walks in a picks the urinal right next to me. stage fright. now i have to play it off and come back in five minutes. if people just knew what the hell they were supposed to do, i wouldn’t have these problems.
so here is a link for you. take the test. know what the rules are…

I don’t know if I agree with you on that one. You’re saying he should have used a stall instead of a urinal just because you were there. Sure, I’ve done that, but I think that’s a judgment call.
A lot of those stall toilets you have to a) lean down and pick the seat up and b) lean down to actually flush, both of which are plenty of extra work.
Now, had there been THREE urinals, yeah, you better have had that buffer there, lower kids urinal or no.

I agree with the post. Had the same thing happen to me at work the other day. Awkward.
If there is a buffer, regardless of stall/urinal classification, it must be used.
